My focus is always to make sure my clients feel as though their journey is honored, and that they can experience the change they desire.

I work with clients on shifting the way they relate to their problems, and exploring possibilities for  differences to occur.

I believe that my clients are the experts of their lives, and I am pleased to provide a space for possibilities to emerge.

My training is in Systemic Brief Therapy. This approach doesn't mean a limited number of session, but it utilizes an effective way of understanding problems and patterns of behavior. With an emphasis on the here and now, this approach recognizes the interconnectedness of life, and focuses on relationships.

I am always learning new, and different approaches to therapy that help me elevate my clients experience of change. Please feel free to visit my specialty page where I speak a little more about Hypnotherapy.
